PROFILE

Monica Calce is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Monica represents private and public companies across a variety of sectors.

She maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently representing small businesses and entrepreneurs, as well as parents of students with disabilities and special education needs.  

Monica earned her JD and LLM in International Comparative Law from the Duke University School of Law. While in law school, Monica was president of the Duke Student Bar Association, served as the senior executive editor of the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law, and participated in the Duke University School of Law’s Children’s Law Clinic.

Prior to law school, Monica worked as a paralegal in the litigation practice of another global firm.
