PROFILE

Kaleb Underwood is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Kaleb represents clients in a variety of litigation matters. He also represents companies in antitrust reviews of mergers and acquisitions and in government investigations into allegedly anti-competitive conduct.

While in law school, Kaleb was a member of the Fordham Law Review. He also was a member of the Maria L. Marcus National Moot Court Team that finished as a National Semifinalist and as Regional Champion at the 73rd Annual National Moot Court Competition hosted by the New York City Bar Association.

Prior to attending law school, Kaleb was a high school chemistry teacher.
