Paul Bowers is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Paul represents public and private companies and private equity funds in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and financings.

During law school, Paul served on the editorial board of the Virginia Law & Business Review and as a teaching assistant for the first-year Legal Research and Writing Course.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Paul was a summer associate in the Washington, D.C. office and an intern for the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
