Elizabeth Duncan is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.

Before joining Latham full-time, Elizabeth was a summer associate in the New York office.

Elizabeth received her JD, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School. While in law school, Elizabeth worked as a student attorney at the Harvard International Human Rights Clinic, the Emmett Environmental Law & Policy Clinic, and the Animal Law & Policy Clinic. She was also a senior article editor for the Harvard Journal of Sports & Entertainment Law and a technical editor for the Harvard Environmental Law Review.
