Ryleigh Chen is an associate in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins.

Ryleigh represents public and private companies in corporate and transactional matters.

While in law school, she served on the Journal of Law and Technology, the Harvard Negotiation Law Review, and the Harvard International Law Journal. She was also a student attorney in the Child Advocacy Clinic and the Animal Law & Policy Clinic.

Prior to joining Latham, Ryleigh worked in regulatory advisory at BlackRock and in strategy and operations for legal and corporate affairs at Salesforce.
