PROFILE

Nate Gelfand-Toutant is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

While in law school, Nate served as a vice president of the Corporate and Financial Law Organization, a legal intern for the Commercial Law Development Program within the United States Department of Commerce, and research assistant to Professors Anna Gelpern and Donald Langevoort. 

Before attending law school, Nate worked in the Office of Legal Counsel for the Governor of Colorado.
