PROFILE

Eric Rothman is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Eric earned his JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was awarded a Dean’s Merit Scholarship, and his BA from Duke University.

During law school, Eric served on Volumes 40 and 41 of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal (AELJ) as an Articles Editor and Senior Articles Editor. As a Senior Articles Editor, Eric’s note was selected for publication in Volume 41, Issue 2 of AELJ.

Before law school, Eric worked in the compliance department of a prominent, New York City-based investment management company.
