Dennis Poehland is an associate in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins.

Dennis advises public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, venture capital financings, and SEC reporting and compliance.

While in law school, Dennis served as editor-in-chief of the Stanford Journal of International Law. He also advised Bay Area nonprofit organizations on their corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
