- Vistra Corp., a Fortune 500 integrated retail electricity and power generation company, in its acquisition of Energy Harbor Corp.
- SUSI Partners, a Switzerland-based sustainable energy infrastructure fund manager, in its agreement with SMT Energy to jointly develop, own, and operate multiple battery energy storage systems in the United States*
- Antero Midstream Corporation in its purchase of natural gas and compression assets from Crestwood Equity Partners*
- ARM Energy Holdings in its acquisition of Monument Pipeline from affiliates of NextEra Energy Partners*
