Nicole Courtney is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking Practice.

Nicole's experience includes advising sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, credit funds, and other financial institutions across a broad range of finance transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings and refinancings.

Prior to joining Latham, Nicole worked in the banking and financial services practice of a leading Australian law firm, where she gained experience in acquisition finance, project finance, property finance, and general corporate finance.
