PROFILE

Samantha Cioppa is a corporate associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.

Samantha represents public and private companies in a range of complex transactions and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets offerings, financings, and corporate governance.

She maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking permanent residence in partnership with American Gateways and non-profit organizations. 

Samantha spent time at Wells Fargo in their Commercial Banking Financial Crimes Risk Management department before law school.

While in law school, Samantha served as an associate editor of Texas Law Review.
