PROFILE

Lewis Ntolla is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.

Lewis advises a range of clients in strategic corporate transactions, including public and private companies and private equity funds. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently assisting on estate planning matters for Lone Star Legal Aid clients.

While attending law school, Lewis was a teaching fellow for contract and an active mentor. Prior to law school, he attended Southern University at New Orleans where he earned his BS in Business with a concentration in Accounting and was a member of the varsity men’s basketball team.
