PROFILE

Jefferson Serfass is a corporate associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.

Jeff represents public and private companies, investors, and financial institutions in a wide range of business transactions and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and capital markets offerings. 

He also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing non-profit organizations and indigent clients.

Before joining Latham, Jeff graduated as the highest-ranking student in his class from Baylor Law School, where he also acted as Editor-in-Chief of the Baylor Law Review. After graduating, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Joel M. Carson III on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
