- Saudi Aramco as procurer on the structuring, tendering, development, and financing of a number of its residential camp procurements, to be developed on a build, own, operate, and transfer (BOOT) basis*
- Saudi Power Procurement Company as procurer on the tendering, development, and financing of a number of its renewable procurements (wind and solar)*
- Red Sea Global on regarding building a compliance function within the company across various sectors, including utilities and infrastructure*
- Saudi Aramco as procurer on the structuring, tendering, development, and financing of a desalination plant, to be developed on a build, own, operate, and transfer (BOOT) basis*
- Jeddah Airports Company as procurer of operation and maintenance services for KAIA across various areas*
- Fawaz Abdulaziz Al Hokair Company on its dual-currency US$800 million refinancing package, consisting of a senior secured dual-currency US$650 million (equivalent) Murabaha term facility and a senior secured dual-currency US$150 million (equivalent) revolving Murabaha facility*
- Arabian Centres Company in connection with their dual-currency, Shariah-compliant US$1.9 billion refinancing package, consisting of a senior unsecured US$500 million debut Reg S/144A five-year Sukuk issuance alongside senior secured dual currency US$1.2 billion (equivalent) Ijara and Murabaha term facilities and a senior secured dual currency US$200 million (equivalent) revolving Murabaha facility*

- Saudi Aramco on its SAR111.0 billion/US$29.4 billion IPO – the world’s largest IPO to date. The offering (excluding the over-allotment option) comprised three billion shares, representing 1.72% of Saudi Aramco’s share capital, for gross proceeds of SAR111.0 billion/US$29.4 billion*
- Nayifat Finance Company as issuer’s counsel on its offering of 35,000,000 shares, representing 35% of the company’s share capital*
- Riyadh Cables Group Company as issuer’s counsel on its offering of 33,000,000 shares, representing 22% of the company’s share capital*
