Sean Gloth is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Sean represents clients in complex patent and trade secret matters.

Sean draws from his background in computer engineering to litigate intellectual property disputes and provide strategic counseling in a wide range of technical fields, including semiconductors, consumer electronics, digital signal processing applications, and telecommunications to name a few.

Sean is comfortable representing clients at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal. Sean has experience arguing before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the International Trade Commission, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and various district courts across the country.
