PROFILE

Pete Ma is an associate in the Finance Department of Latham & Watkins' London office.

Pete's practice focuses on all aspects of core and hybrid infrastructure finance transactions. He represents a wide range of infrastructure funds, bank lenders, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, and pension funds.

Prior to joining Latham in 2024, Pete trained and practiced at a leading Magic Circle law firm, where he spent time on secondment at an oil and gas super-major and a British full life-cycle infrastructure services provider.
