PROFILE
Pete Ma is an associate in the Finance Department of Latham & Watkins' London office.
Pete's practice focuses on all aspects of core and hybrid infrastructure finance transactions. He represents a wide range of infrastructure funds, bank lenders, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, and pension funds.
Prior to joining Latham in 2024, Pete trained and practiced at a leading Magic Circle law firm, where he spent time on secondment at an oil and gas super-major and a British full life-cycle infrastructure services provider.

- A private equity fund on its proposed acquisition financing in relation to tower infrastructure assets in Germany and Austria*
- A private equity fund on its proposed acquisition financing in relation to a Greek electricity distribution network*
- Three lender groups to an international European high-speed rail provider in relation to its financings*
- A group of sponsors on the ALNG2 project financing*
- The lenders on the Amur GPP project financing*
- The lenders on the Electrogas Malta project financing*
- A German railway company on the disposal of its multinational public transport company subsidiary*
- A private equity fund on its JV arrangements in relation to the acquisition of an offshore wind installation business*
