PROFILE

Alyssa Dolan is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice.  

Alyssa represents clients in intellectual property litigation, with a focus on the life sciences industry.

Alyssa has experience at all phases of litigation, including pre-filing investigations, fact and expert discovery, witness preparation, discovery and dispositive motion practice, trial preparation, trial and post-trial practice, and appellate practice. She has worked on intellectual property matters in federal district courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and arbitration.

Prior to joining Latham, Alyssa served as a law clerk for the Honorable Tiffany P. Cunningham of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She also previously worked at a major international law firm, where she represented clients in intellectual property litigation.

Alyssa earned her JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as the Executive Editor of the Georgetown Food and Drug Law Journal, and her BS in Chemistry from Fordham University.
