Michaela Bolden is a finance associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking Practice.

Michaela represents investment and commercial banks, and private debt funds in leveraged financing transactions, including acquisition financings and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Michaela was an associate at another major law firm, where she focused primarily on representing financial institutions as well as borrowers on a variety of complex financings.
