Ashley Flor is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Ashley advises on private and public company tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, formation and structuring of private equity funds, joint ventures and sponsor-led secondaries, and other similar transactions.

While attending law school at New York University School of Law, Ashley received the Flora S. and Jacob L. Newman Prize.
