PROFILE
Jonathan Brownson is a finance partner in the London office of Latham & Watkins.
He has a wide range of experience representing creditors in syndicated and private credit leveraged financings, investment grade acquisition facilities, restructurings and emerging markets loans. His clients include banks, credit providers and other financial institutions.
Jonathan is regularly recommended by leading publications such as Chambers and The Legal 500. Most recently he was recognized in The Lawyer Hot 100 2022.

- The lead arrangers in connection with the credit facilities provided to Chelsea FC following its acquisition by a Boehly-led consortium*
- The lead arrangers in connection with senior and second lien credit facilities to support EQT’s acquisition of the Icon Group, a leading cancer care provider headquartered in Australia*
