PROFILE
Prue Criddle advises clients on sophisticated European and cross-border leveraged finance transactions.
She draws on extensive experience to guide leading financial institutions on a broad range of leveraged finance matters, both in the syndicated market and in the direct lending space.
Before joining Latham, she was a partner at another international law firm.
EXPERIENCE
Prue’s experience includes advising:
- The mandated lead arrangers and lenders on the debt financing arrangements to support Advent International and LANXESS’ acquisition of DSM’s engineering business of DSM and the joint venture with LANXESS’ High-Performance Materials business*
- The lead arrangers in connection with the credit facilities provided to Chelsea FC, following its acquisition by the Boehly-led consortium, including Clearlake Capital*
- The lead arrangers on the US$815 million financing to support Providence Equity Partners’ acquisition of Marlink, a leading provider of smart network solutions*
- The lead arrangers on the SEK16 billion EUR/USD/AUD equivalent first lien term loan and SEK3 billion revolving credit facilities to support EQT’s acquisition of Anticimex International, a global pest control company headquartered in Sweden*
- The lenders in connection with the unitranche and super-senior revolving credit facilities provided to the Infront Group, a leading global sports events, media, and marketing platform headquartered in Switzerland*
- The lead arrangers in connection with the credit facilities provided to support NortonLifeLock’s public takeover offer for Avast, a FTSE 100 cybersecurity company*
- The lead arrangers in connection with the first and second lien credit facilities provided to support Apex Group’s public takeover offer for Sanne Group, a FTSE 250 specialist alternative asset fund and corporate administrator*
- The lead arrangers in connection with the credit facilities provided to support SK Capital Partners and the Heubach Group’s acquisition of Clariant’s Pigments business*
