PROFILE

Caitlyn Fiebrich is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.

Caitlyn represents public companies in a broad range of corporate and securities matters.

Caitlyn represents issuers and financial institutions in both equity and debt offerings. She advises public companies on general corporate concerns, including post-IPO corporate governance, periodic reporting, and securities disclosure and compliance matters. Her practice also includes counseling boards of directors, special committees, and financial advisors in M&A transactions, include take-private transactions.

She advises clients on transactions across a range of industries, including energy and infrastructure, life sciences, and consumer products.

Caitlyn also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum status in the United States.
