Alexandra is an associate in the Frankfurt office of Latham & Watkins.

Alexandra advises on all health-related matters with a focus on the pharmaceutical and medical technology sector. Her clients involve corporates and investors active in the European healthcare market. In addition to transactions and strategic collaborations, Alexandra primarily advises on complex regulatory industry projects, such as market entry strategies, digitization projects, or significant compliance issues. Alexandra has particular expertise in cross-border projects and regularly deals with foreign trade law issues, including in the area of foreign investment control.

Alexandra studied law at the University of Heidelberg and completed her legal clerkship in Mainz. Prior to joining Latham & Watkins as an associate, Alexandra worked for an international law firm in the healthcare sector.
