Latham & Watkins Represents Inspired Capital in its Investment in Axion Ray’s US$7.5 Million Seed Round

Emerging companies team advised the venture capital firm on its investment in the AI-powered proactive intelligence platform for manufacturing teams.

Latham partner Eli Curi and associate Evan Kirsch represented Inspired Capital in the venture capital firm’s investment in the US$7.5 million seed round by early-stage startup Axion Ray, an AI-powered proactive intelligence platform for manufacturing teams. The investment was co-led by Inspired and Amplo along with Boeing, Tinicum Venture Partners, and industry angels.
