Team Latham Raises Money to Build a School in South Africa

Thomas Fox, Rob Malionek, JP Poitras, Bob Steinberg, and Sven Volcker — competed in 2018 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Nelson Mandela Bay, South Africa, to raise money for longtime pro bono client Ubuntu Pathways.

In September 2018, a group of Latham partners — Thomas Fox, Rob Malionek, JP Poitras, Bob Steinberg, and Sven Volcker — competed in the 2018 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Nelson Mandela Bay, South Africa, to raise money for longtime pro bono client Ubuntu Pathways.

This money will be used to build a state-of-the-art, high-quality primary school in the heart of Zwide Township, Port Elizabeth, one of the poorest townships in South Africa.
