Finance Partner Clarinda Tjia-Dharmadi Selected by BoardAgender as a “Champion of Gender Diversity”

Partner Tija-Dharmadi honored for contributions to “the advancement of women into the ranks of senior leadership roles."

Clarinda Tjia-Dharmadi, a finance partner in Latham & Watkins’ Singapore office, has been named to the inaugural BoardAgender “Champion of Gender Diversity” list, which honors leaders from the Singapore business community. Tjia-Dharmadi joins an illustrious group of business leaders in Singapore recognized by BoardAgender for their contributions to “the advancement of women into the ranks of senior leadership roles and into the boardroom.”

Tjia-Dharmadi leads the firm’s Women Enriching Business (WEB) initiative in Southeast Asia.  For more than five years, Latham has had a successful, global WEB program which is a two-pronged initiative designed to promote women in business by creating broader networks and productive business relationships to attract and invest in the long-term success of women. As the firm’s WEB champion in Southeast Asia, Tjia-Dharmadi has been instrumental in growing the firm’s WEB program in the region.

Tjia-Dharmadi is a highly regarded finance partner, specializing in project development and finance transactions. With a primary focus on advising international and domestic clients in the Asian market, she has been involved on many of the region’s landmark oil and gas, petrochemicals, power, mining and infrastructure projects. She has particularly deep experience representing developers, sponsors, lenders, and government bodies on oil and gas and power projects in Indonesia.
