Euromoney Names Cathy Yeung “Best in Capital Markets” in Asia

Cathy Yeung, a partner in Latham & Watkins’ Hong Kong office, was recognized as the leading capital markets lawyer in Euromoney Legal Media Group’s 2014 Asia Women in Business Law Awards. Yeung serves as Chair of the Corporate Department in Latham’s Hong Kong office and Co-chair of the firm’s Greater China Practice. She specializes in advising investment banks and Chinese companies on initial public offerings and other capital markets transactions in China and Hong Kong. 

Latham & Watkins was also shortlisted for a number of firm awards including “Best International Firm” in China and Singapore, “Best International Firm Mentoring Programme,” Best Firm for Pro Bono Work” and “Best Gender Diversity Initiative” by an international firm for Latham’s Women Enriching Business (WEB) initiative, a two-pronged initiative designed to promote women in business by creating broader networks and productive business relationships to attract and invest in the long-term success of women.
