Latham & Watkins Named 2017 “Texas Powerhouse”

Law360 named Latham & Watkins a “Texas Powerhouse” citing complex transactions and a “one firm” philosophy as key factors that place the firm among the top players in Texas. Law360 noted that Latham lawyers doing work in Texas have “…established it as a firm that is able to handle complex and sophisticated transactions in the competitive Texas energy market.” Law360 also noted key deals and wins across the corporate and litigation departments including those in the capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and appellate practices.

The publication went on to mention that Latham is client-focused, continuing to build an office with local ties to the city.
