Andrea Novarese recognized at the annual LegalCommunity Finance Awards.

Milan finance partner Andrea Novarese has been named ‘Banking Lawyer of the Year’ at the 2018 LegalCommunity Finance Awards. The publication recognized Novarese as “one of the undisputed leaders in the banking sector” and highlighted his role in a number of innovative transactions, including Atlantia’s €16.3 billion acquisition of Abertis.

The LegalCommunity Finance Awards are judged by a panel of CEOs and GCs from some of Italy's leading financial institutions. Professionals are assessed against a number of criteria, including the volume and value of successfully executed transactions, legal and technical negotiation skills, business knowledge, and commitment to client service.
