Stefano Sciolla recognized at the annual LegalCommunity Corporate Awards.

Milan partner Stefano Sciolla has been named “Private Equity Lawyer of the Year” at the 2018 LegalCommunity Corporate Awards. The publication recognized Sciolla as an “undisputed mainstay of the Italian Private Equity market and a great negotiator,” and highlighted his role advising on “all the key transactions in the Italian market.”

The LegalCommunity Corporate Awards are judged by a panel of prominent GCs and CEOs from some of Italy's leading institutions. The panel assesses professionals against a number of criteria, including the volume and value of successfully executed transactions, legal and technical negotiation skills, knowledge of business and industry dynamics, and commitment to client service.
