Real Deals Names Latham Pan-European Legal Advisor of the Year

Latham & Watkins has been named Pan-European Legal Advisor of the Year at Real Deals’ 2019 Private Equity Awards. The annual awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of leading firms, practitioners, and deal teams in the private equity industry. 

The Legal Advisor of the Year category recognizes law firms that are creating value for clients through outstanding execution, commercial awareness, and ability to deliver creative solutions to complex problems, as well as acknowledging the overall evolution of the team and firm strategy. Real Deals praised the firm’s continued expansion in Europe and highlighted its role advising on a number of the market’s most significant transactions. 

The award is latest prestigious recognition the firm’s Private Equity Practice has received this year, having been named Private Equity Team of the Year at the British Legal Awards and Private Equity Legal Advisor of the Year at Mergermarket’s European M&A Awards.
