Latham & Watkins Among "Top Firms for Women in Leadership"

Latham & Watkins is pleased to be named by Yale Law Women as one of the “Top Firms for Women in Leadership” in its 15th annual Top Firms for Gender Equity & Family Friendliness Report.

YLW took a new approach this year by honoring individual firms for excelling in specific categories that relate to overall gender equity and family friendliness. Latham maintains unwavering support for the success of women lawyers, and we are extremely proud to receive this recognition of our work to advance women into leadership positions at the firm, including as Executive Committee members, department and practice group leaders, office managing partners, and chairs of global committees.
