An emerging companies team advised on the funding round.

Discord, a digital communication service, has announced its new funding round of US$100 million.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Discord in the transaction with an emerging companies team led by Bay Area partner Benjamin Potter, with Bay Area associate Michael Podolny, San Diego associate Evan Youngstrom, and Bay Area associate Madelyn Tarr.
