Latham & Watkins Advises Initial Purchasers in Antero Resources’ US$250 Million Convertible Senior Notes Offering
Antero Resources Corporation, an independent natural gas and oil company, has announced the pricing of its private placement to eligible purchasers of US$250 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.25% convertible senior notes due 2026. In connection with the offering of the notes, the company granted the initial purchasers of the notes an option, which is exercisable within 30 days, to purchase up to an additional US$50 million aggregate principal amount of the notes. The offering is expected to close on August 21, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
