Latham & Watkins Advises SoftBank Vision Fund in Ordermark’s US$120 Million Series C
Ordermark, one of the leading providers of online ordering management solutions for restaurants and virtual restaurant concepts, has announced the close of its US$120 million Series C funding round led by Softbank Vision Fund 2 and joined by returning investor Act One Ventures. The funding will be used to help more restaurants transition to online ordering and to grow its NextBite virtual restaurant business.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented the lead investor, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, in the transaction with an emerging companies led by Bay area partner Ben Potter, with Bay Area associates Saad Khanani, Alexander White, and Century City associate Brad Burton. Advice was also provided on intellectual property matters by Bay Area associate Arielle Singh.
