Latham & Watkins Advises Activant Capital in Better.com’s US$200 Million Series D Round at US$4 Billion Pre-Money Valuation

A New York-based deal team is advising the key investor in Better.com’s latest fundraise.

Better.com, one of the fastest-growing homeownership platforms in the country, has announced a US$200 million at US$4 billion pre-money valuation Series D round of funding. L Catterton served as lead investor, joining existing shareholders Activant Capital, Ally Financial, American Express Ventures, Ping An Global Voyager Fund, and 9Yards Capital in the round.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Activant Capital in the funding round with a corporate team led by New York partners Stelios Saffos and Jane Greyf, with associate Teddy Ellison.
