Latham & Watkins Advises Pipedrive in Majority Investment from Vista Equity Partners

Pipedrive, a leading CRM platform for sales and marketing teams, has announced that it has signed an agreement to receive a majority investment from Vista Equity Partners, a leading global investment firm focused on enterprise software, data and technology-enabled businesses.
