Three Latham & Watkins partners have been named among California’s Top Women Lawyers 2020 by the Daily Journal in its annual report honoring female attorneys at the top of their respective areas of law.
Judith Hasko, Global Vice Chair of the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice, advises life sciences companies and investors in cutting edge, technology-based commercial transactions for development and commercialization of novel therapeutic and medical device products. Her published profile highlighted her recent work for a biotechnology company in early clinical development of a potential treatment of Covid-19, as well as a deal among industry leaders to co-develop and commercialize a potential treatment for breast, gastric and other cancers.
Michele Johnson, Global Chair of Latham’s Litigation & Trial Department, is a leading national litigator who represents financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, boards of directors, and individuals in securities, M&A, and other complex commercial litigation.
