Connectivity, Privacy & Information Partners Named to Incident Response 40 List

Washington, D.C. partner Jennifer Archie and New York partner Serrin Turner have been named to Cybersecurity Docket’s Incident Response 40 list. The list, put together annually, recognizes the “best data breach response lawyers” based on “input from numerous senior lawyers and other professionals in the field, and considerable research.” This is Archie’s fourth consecutive recognition by the data privacy and cybersecurity publication.

Both Archie and Turner are members of Latham’s Connectivity, Privacy & Information Practice, which addresses the critical legal issues arising from digital technology and services, in disciplines including communications, data privacy and security, and copyright. The practice handles high-profile litigation, regulatory investigations and counseling, internal investigations, and technology transactions for clients in a diverse array of industry sectors.
