Latham & Watkins Advises SoftBank Vision Fund 2 In Forward Health’s US$225 million Series D Financing
Forward Health, a healthcare system empowering doctors with technology and data to monitor and guide long-term health, has announced US$225 million in Series D funding with participation from SoftBank Vision Fund 2. The funding will help expand Forward Health’s healthcare system nationwide and introduce new doctor-led programs focused on heart health, cancer detection, COVID-19, stress, anxiety, and weight management.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented SoftBank Vision Fund 2 in the transaction with an emerging companies team led by Bay Area partners Ben Potter and Saad Khanani, with Chicago associate Omar Ammash and Bay Area associate Adam Zuckerman.
