Personio, the all-in-one HR platform, has closed its US$125 million of new Series D funding in an investment round that values the business at US$1.7 billion.
Latham & Watkins represented Meritech, the co-lead investor in the financing round, with an emerging companies team led by Bay Area partner Ben Potter, with New York associate Andrew Modell and Chicago associate Jana Kovich.
