Latham & Watkins Advises Ro in Acquisition of Modern Fertility

Ro, the healthcare technology company, has announced the acquisition of Modern Fertility, a high-growth reproductive health company focused on addressing gaps in women's healthcare through fertility testing, research, education, and community. The acquisition represents a dramatic expansion of Ro's women's health offering.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Ro in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by New York partner Peyton Worley and Los Angeles partner Brian Duff, with New York associate Eduard Grigoryan. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Washington, D.C. partner Andrea Ramezan-Jackson, with Washington, D.C. associate Ben Cheatham; and on benefit and compensation matters by Bay Area partner Jay Metz, with Bay Area associate James Robinson.
