Latham & Watkins Represents Financial Advisers in ZipRecruiter, Inc.’s Direct Listing

Latham & Watkins represented the financial advisers to ZipRecruiter in the online employment marketplace’s direct listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “ZIP” on May 26, 2021. Latham previously represented Spotify in its groundbreaking direct listing in 2018 and the financial advisers in the direct listings of Slack, Asana, Coinbase, and Squarespace.
