Latham & Watkins advises Tresalia Capital on sale of KIO Networks, a leading digital infrastructure service provider in Mexico, to I Squared Capital.
KIO Networks has announced that its shareholders led by Tresalia Capital, its main shareholder and a major private equity and venture capital investor, have entered into a definitive agreement with I Squared Capital, as outlined in an announcement by I Squared Capital.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised Tresalia Capital on the transaction, with a deal team led by partner Tony Del Pino and associates Alan Rozen and Joao Assuncao.
