Latham & Watkins represented Warby Parker Inc. in the eyewear company’s direct listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “WRBY” on September 29, 2021. Latham previously represented Spotify in its groundbreaking direct listing in 2018 and has advised on the direct listings of Slack, Asana, Coinbase, Squarespace, ZipRecruiter, Wise, and Amplitude.
