Latham & Watkins Advises Audax on Financing To Support Lightyear Capital’s Acquisition of PracticeTek

A Latham finance team represented the investment company in the transaction.
Audax Private Debt announced that, as Administrative Agent and Sole Arranger, it provided a unitranche credit facility to support the acquisition of PracticeTek by investment funds affiliated with Lightyear Capital, a New York-based private equity firm focused on financial services.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Audax in the transaction with a finance team led by Chicago partner Brandon Anderson and associates Katie Stork and Rob Rogowski. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Chicago partner Rene de Vera; on healthcare regulatory matter by Bay Area counsel Betty Pang; and on data privacy matters by Bay Area counsel Heather Deixler with associate Heather Lui.
