Firm Among Best Places To Work for LGBTQ+ Equality

Latham & Watkins was thrilled to receive a top score of 100% in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), “the [US] national benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices and benefits pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees.” 

The CEI recognizes those companies whose LGBTQ+-inclusive policies and practices help to foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
