Latham & Watkins Advises Darktrace on Acquisition of Cybersprint
Latham & Watkins has advised Darktrace, a global leader in cyber security AI, on its €47.5 million (US$53.7 million) acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Cybersprint B.V, an attack surface management company that provides continuous, real-time insights from an outside-in perspective to eliminate blind spots and detect risks. The acquisition will be paid approximately 75% in cash and 25% in equity and is expected to complete on or around the 1 March 2022.
Latham also previously advised Darktrace on its £1.7 billion initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange.
The Latham team was led from London by corporate partners Robbie McLaren and James Inness, with associates Jon Fox and Koushik Prasad. Advice was also provided on employment matters by partner Kendall Burnett with associate Olivia Sadler.
