Standard Metrics, the data and relationships platform for the private capital markets formerly known as Quaestor, has announced US$23.7 million in Series A financing.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Standard Metrics in the financing with an emerging companies team led by Bay Area partner Ben Potter, with San Diego associate Evan Youngstrom and Bay Area associates Chris Cruickshank and Christopher Lim. Advice was also provided on benefits and compensation matters by Bay Area partner Ashley Wagner; and on intellectual property matters by Bay Area partner JD Marple.
