Latham & Watkins Advises on HF Sinclair Corporation and HollyFrontier Corporation’s Exchange Offers and Consent Solicitations

On April 27, 2022, HF Sinclair Corporation, a diversified energy company, announced the completion of the previously announced (i) offers to exchange any and all of HollyFrontier Corporation’s outstanding notes for new notes to be issued by HF Sinclair Corporation and cash and (ii) solicitations of consents to adopt certain amendments to the indenture and supplemental indentures governing HollyFrontier Corporation’s notes, commenced by HF Sinclair Corporation on March 24, 2022.
